I understand that Cheryl Rose, Keys 2 Freedom representatives, and other retreat participants may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the retreat. I authorize Cheryl Rose and Keys 2 Freedom to use media containing my image, likeness, or voice in social media posts, brochures, websites, advertisements, presentations, and other ministry-related communications.

I understand that these materials may be used during the retreat or at any time following my departure to promote and benefit the Keys 2 Freedom ministry and its work supporting women’s health and wellness.

If I choose not to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded, I understand that it is my responsibility to make reasonable efforts to avoid group photographs, recorded activities, and other areas where media is being captured. *

Stella Maris or any of its representatives are NOT responsible for any personal theft, injury, damage to personal property, medical expenses, hospitalization, or death because of my voluntary participation in the 3 days “Keys 2 Freedom Retreat” Rochester, NY, December 10-12, 2026. Cheryl Rose reserves the right to refuse registration admittance or eject a participant for inappropriate behavior as determined by Cheryl Rose or a representative of Keys 2 Freedom Retreat, Rochester, NY
I understand and agree that all photographs and videotaping of my participation are the property of and can be used by Keys 2 Freedom, Rochester, NY for promotion, advertising, and sales and are not subject to any royalty fees or payment to me now or at any time in the future. Additionally, I am 18 years of age or older and I understand that anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
